The Rules

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants, please take a moment to read through the Race Day Rules below.

• Numbers may not be transferred from one entrant to another without the written permission by email of Glenn Grant
• Entry fees will not be refunded except in exceptional circumstances
• A finisher can only win one prize.  Where they are eligible for two then they can take the higher value of the two
• Runners may not run with a dog or with a pram or buggy
• Headphones that enclose either ear or sit in the ear canal are not permitted to be worn in any of the races.  Runners seen wearing them will be asked to remove them and if seen wearing them shall be disqualified and their prize withheld. Bone conductor ear phones are permitted
